The Type Trilogy is a three part card set exploring Temperament, Interaction Styles and Cognitive Processes. These three lenses of Type can be used to enhance existing knowledge of Myers-Briggs Type or can be used individually as an introduction to learning about personality.
As with all of the Personality Puzzles this simple tool creates the perfect space to have in-depth conversations which enhance self-awareness, effectiveness and performance. The e-Guidebook, written by Susan Nash, focuses on coaching skills and how these cards can be combined in multiple ways to achieve a thorough understanding of why we do what we do, how we do what we do and what thinking skills we use. In a remarkably simple way, using a unique combination of image and language, clients move forward and come to a new awareness of how they function in the world.
