Thank you for considering a purchase of The Personality Puzzle from Personality Dynamics Limited. Whether you have selected the [Classic] version or the [Teen] version of The Personality Puzzle or both, we have to ask you to agree to the following few basic conditions by ticking the “Terms and Conditions” box before your order is accepted. All orders are accepted only subject to these Terms and Conditions. Our Privacy Policy also forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions, “The Puzzle” includes all the card elements, booklet and any associated materials provided to you to assist with training, consultancy, type analysis or similar applications of The Puzzle. References to singular include plural.
Delivery and Condition
The Puzzle will be dispatched to you by courier or post within 3 working days of receiving payment for your order. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time you must advise us, in any event within 10 business days of the date you paid Personality Dynamics Limited. You agree to provide any information reasonably required to assist us locating your order with the shipper and to notify us immediately upon receipt of your order any time following your initial advice of non receipt.
If your order for The Puzzle has not been received within 21 days of the date we received your payment and we are unable to locate it, we will dispatch a replacement order at no cost to you. If the original order subsequently arrives you must notify us and return it to us using courier or post at our election and at our cost.
If The Puzzle arrives in a damaged condition you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt by you. Provided we have been notified within 3 days we will arrange to replace your order for The Puzzle free of charge, upon return to us of the original order.
Use and Copying
Purchase of The Puzzle does not create any right to modify, copy or reproduce in any format the text, graphics, look and feel or concept of The Puzzle or any part of it. Accordingly you agree not to modify, copy or reproduce in any format the text, graphics, look and feel or concept of The Puzzle or any part of it or to use without prior written consent any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property of Personality Dynamics Limited.
From time to time Personality Dynamics Limited may offer opportunities to download and reproduce certain images including limited extracts from the Puzzle or other copyright material. Any such offers are subject to additional terms and conditions which will be published in connection with such offers and will not constitute any waiver of intellectual property or similar rights of Personality Dynamics Limited.
Pricing
The prices payable for The Puzzle will be charged in accordance with the prices displayed on this website at the time you place and pay for your order. Personality Dynamics reserves the right to change published prices at any time at its discretion or to offer The Puzzle at different prices from time to time for the purposes of special promotions or events or in respect of sales to different countries. Different prices may be charged to reflect special shipping requests or to recover specific taxes or government charges following advice to you at the time of placing your order.

The Puzzle is sold and provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible and subject to applicable law, Personality Dynamics Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Personality Dynamics Limited does not make any representations regarding the correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise of the materials in or derived from The Puzzle or the results of their use.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Personality Dynamics Limited be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use The Puzzle. In no event shall Personality Dynamics Limited’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, costs and expenses under whatever causes of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise exceed the amount paid by you to purchase The Puzzle.
Governing Law and Invalidity
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except by an agreement in writing signed by Personality Dynamics Limited.
